- Mode: Fully Remote
- Working Hours: 3–4 Hours/Day
- Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Role Overview

As a B2B Outreach Intern, you'll help expand Udaan Scholars' partnership network across three key areas: education consultancies, Udaan Insiders, and educational institutions. You'll identify relevant prospects, communicate partnership opportunities, follow up with interested contacts, and support the team in building long-term skilled relationships.

What You'll Do

- Identify and research potential education consultants, colleges, universities, and institutional partners.
- Reach out to prospective partners through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other professional channels.
- Identify suitable students and alumni for the Udaan Insider network, which helps prospective students learn about real college experiences.
- Introduce Udaan Scholars' partnership opportunities and explain relevant benefits.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions with potential partners.
- Follow up consistently to move prospects toward successful partnerships.
- Maintain accurate outreach records, contact details, and follow-up schedules.
- Track outreach activity, responses, meetings, and partnership progress using Google Sheets or the company's approved tools.
- Coordinate with the internal team to support partner onboarding and relationship management.
- Suggest new outreach strategies to expand the Udaan Scholars network.





Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in approaching new people professionally.
- Strong research, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and remain consistent.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, LinkedIn, email, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to commit 3–4 hours daily for the full internship period.

Previous experience is welcome but not mandatory. We value communication, initiative, consistency, and a willingness to learn.

Bonus If You Have

- Experience in sales, outreach, or business development.
- Connections with education consultants, colleges, or universities.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting or cold calling.
- Knowledge of student communities and campus networks.
- Experience using CRM systems or maintaining lead trackers.
