Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Content Writer role based in Pune. The B2B Content Writer will create transparent, engaging, and conversion-focused content tailored for business audiences, including website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, blogs, and marketing collateral. The role involves closely collaborating with marketing, sales, and demand generation teams to understand target industries, buyer personas, and campaign goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include researching industry trends and client offerings, developing content outlines, writing and editing copy, optimizing content for lead generation, and maintaining consistent brand voice across all channels.



The B2B Content Writer will also support content performance analysis and ongoing improvements based on campaign metrics and feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong B2B writing skills for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collateral.
- Ability to research target markets, buyer personas, and industry trends to create relevant, insightful content.
- Experience in content planning, editorial calendars, and aligning content with demand generation goals.
- Proficiency in proofreading and editing to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistent brand tone.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as lead generation, nurturing workflows, and basic SEO.
- Comfort working closely with marketing and sales teams to translate business objectives into content.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or SaaS lead and demand generation environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and adapt to a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
