- Provide technical support for Microsoft Power Platform Automation and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop relations with the business community and third Party product service providers.
- Arrange, assign, adjust, and monitor shifts to have apt coverage.
- Provide additional support to existing automation support procedures.
- Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA, and automation teams.
- Provide weekly, and monthly status reports to management on automation run status and other metrics.
- Collaborate with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
- Prioritize issues raised and resolve them accordingly.
- Coordinate escalation and resolution of major service issues.




- Report promptly to management and business partners regarding critical outages until resolution.
- Manage SLA and execution of critical situations.
- Allocate resources to resolve problems/incidents.
- Define and manage scope, budget, schedule, priorities, and risk throughout the multiple projects.
- Coordinate areas of communication within the firm having impact on scope, budget, risk and resources.
- Transition new production projects to the Support team.
- Sign off Project handovers and provide feedback on team understanding.
- Excellent Communication Skills Verbal and Written.
- MS Office, Excel - Pivots, Formulas, Basic Macros, Word, Email Writing and Outlook features.
- Knowledge of Automation projects.
- Must have worked as a Production Support manager for 3 years.
- Total Work Experience - 7+ Yrs.
- Team Management and Account Management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is good to have.
- Must have knowledge of at least 1 RPA tool - Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath.
