Calling All Automation Developers!

Do you have a passion for process automation and a proven track record of building reliable solutions that simplify manual and repetitive business processes?

We're looking for an experienced Automation Analyst (2-5 years) to join our growing Business Services Analytics team in Mohali.

What you'll do:

- Design, develop, test, and implement end-to-end business process automation solutions.
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, including cloud flows and desktop automation where applicable.
- Develop automation for SAP processes using SAP GUI scripting and other approved automation approaches, including repetitive transaction execution, data extraction, and data entry.
- Develop advanced Excel automation using VBA/macros to streamline spreadsheet-based business processes.
- Build Python scripts and utilities for data processing, file handling, validation, reconciliation, and workflow automation.
- Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvement.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
- Integrate automation solutions with SAP, Microsoft 365, files, databases, APIs, and other approved enterprise systems, where applicable.
- Implement appropriate error handling, exception management, logging, controls, and monitoring within automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for deployed automations.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, technical documentation, test scenarios, and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with the broader Analytics and Automation team to follow development standards, documentation practices, governance, security controls, and reusable design principles.

What you'll bring:

- 2-5 years of overall experience in software development, automation, analytics, or related technology roles.




- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GUI scripting / SAP process automation.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Excel VBA/macros.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting, particularly for business-process and data automation.
- Good understanding of workflow design, exception handling, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- A strong mindset toward automation, process simplification, reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Good to have:

- Experience with Power Automate Desktop / RPA.
- Exposure to SAP business processes and commonly used SAP transactions, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or other Business Services functions.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, REST APIs, or other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with source control, solution documentation, deployment practices, and automation governance.
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and performing technical feasibility assessments.
- Understanding of automation controls, credential management, auditability, and production support requirements.

Minimum Requirement

Candidates must have strong hands-on development experience in Microsoft Power Automate, along with practical automation experience using SAP GUI scripting, Excel VBA/macros, and Python scripting.
