Brief Role :

Develop and implement testing and quality assurance artifacts for current and existing software

Day - today - day technical , research , and analytical support

Ensure that software functionality is implemented according to the product stakeholder needs

Resolving conflicts in bookings , and prioritizing bookings

Initiating and participating in Conference Calls / Video Conferences with different Teams

Ensuring team work with the Assurance Teams

Recommend improvements to existing software programs , especially for unit tests

Log and track system flaws using the issue tracking system





Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations , functional , and technical teams

Miscellaneous MIS Reporting as and when required

Miscellaneous Administration work as and when required
