- Infrastructure Management:Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems

- Ensure the reliability, security, and optimal performance of IT systems

- Collaborate with vendors to procure, install, and maintain IT equipment

- System Administration:Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and other system-related tasks

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly

- Implement and enforce IT security policies to safeguard data and systems

- IT Support:Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues

- Coordinate with the IT support team to ensure timely issue resolution

- Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their IT skills and knowledge

- Policy and Procedure Development:Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations





- Regularly update and communicate IT policies to all stakeholders

- Conduct audits to assess compliance with IT policies

- Project Management:Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve organizational efficiency

- Vendor Management:Evaluate and select external vendors for IT-related products and services

- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards

- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans

- Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
