- Design, develop and implement learning and development programs for all employees of the format

- Assist in and adapt instructional materials to varying audiences and formats

- Produce written and/or eLearning based instructional materials

- Develops and administer training skills assessments, and course evaluations as required

- Ensured proper execution of Training practices and procedures as they relate to New Hire and beauty advisor training

- Build a robust digital learning hub, allowing employees easy access to content on SOPs, key product and service focuses

- Monitoring sales outcome & L&D; MIS

- Create monthly L&D; MIS to keep track of team performance and staff productivity.

- Keep a tab on sales kpis - conversions, Average order value, UPT - draw training interventions accordingly.

- Team management & development

- Develop and provide coaching to the team of junior trainers

- Responsible for trainer the trainer and development of team of trainers
