Role brief:

The Associate RPA Developer will be an integral part of the Automation team within the Engineering Department. The position offers opportunities to learn advanced automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath
- Implement UI automation for web, desktop and Citrix applications.
- Integrate automation workflows with REST APIs for data exchange.
- Utilize Computer Vision techniques for automating non-standard UI elements.
- Perform CRUD operations on relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).




- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and documentation of automation workflows.
- Monitor and maintain deployed bots for performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

- 1 – 3 years of experience in RPA development (In UiPath).
- UiPath certification (Advanced)
- Experience with Orchestrator and RE Framework.
- Strong understanding of UI automation techniques and selectors.
- Experience with Computer Vision activities in RPA (e.g., image-based automation).
- Proficiency in API integration (GET, POST, authentication, JSON/XML handling).
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database connectivity.
- Experience in automation involving OCR will be an added advantage
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have:

- Finance Domain work experience
- Enterprise environment work experience
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Knowledge of Python or .NET for custom activities.
