Brief Role : Associate Business Analyst

The Associate Business Analyst will work as a member of our Professional Services organization within a customer focused project team using different software solutions to provide expertise in the implementation and administration of Sales Performance Management (SPM) applications for global clients.

Responsibilities

Assist in the requirements gathering and documentation for new business solutions

Use various software solutions to manipulate data, calculate bonuses and incentives and create reports

Maintain and update existing business processes based on new client requests

Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverable

Participate in conference calls and on- site meetings with international clients

Follow best practices and standard procedures to create and maintain compliance documentation

Provide ongoing payroll and compensation plan analysis to proactively assist clients in making advised management decisions





Identify root causes of uncovered issues in data and reports to continuously improve client business processes

Work independently and manage multiple task assignments and deadlines

Prerequisites

BE/ BTech degree is a must

Very strong problem solving skills
