Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Requirement gathering UAT 1. Gather and analyse user requirements.

1. Meet user groups, stakeholders to get all requirement business perspective.
2. Integrate user needs with current process.
3. Creating the FSD.
4. Sign off on the FSD.
5. Evaluate the requirements with the development team to arrive at gaps.
6. Publish gap document and related customisation/development efforts alongwith any costtime impacts.
7. Assistance is provided to the user team to develop test plans.
8. Coordination with the user group.
9. Documentation of UAT.
10. Signoff on UAT from the business group. KRA2 Handle project closure and ensure system stability. 1.



Moving the approved UAT to production.
11. Handing over the relevant areas to end user.
12. Monitoring the user issues and ensuring systems stability in production. KRA3 Provide applications support to all users. 1. Manage mechanism to record and resolve production issues and support queries within the agreed SLAs. KRA4 Requirement gathering UAT 1. Gather and analyse user requirements.
