- Experience in stitching data flows across applications / platforms

1. Process checks: a. Identify and evaluate complex business risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.

b. Apply understanding of controls testing.

c. Demonstrate ability to understand and apply methodologies and tools for internal audit / audit support.

d. Identify appropriate data points and set-up controls.

e. Drive automation of activities through user developed macros/scripts/routines.

f. Drive for closure of all exceptions with respective stakeholders in timebound manner g. Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to the branch/department and senior management.

h. Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives. Identify and document control and process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings.

2. System checks a. Identify the key risks and design checks to be undertaken.

b. Undertake timely validations and provide go/no-go.

3. Business support a.



Understanding the business need and support product launch - Pre and Post launch

4. Others a. Draft and maintain internal SOP b. Maintain regular MIS and knowledge bank for future references c. Continually develop technical and professional skills through continuous learning programs.

Work Exp. &

Skills Required

1. Worked in Assurance function for at least 3 years and have exposure to understanding of business process and revenue/service flows
2. Exposure to understanding the Data tables and use of SQL for extraction of relevant data sets
3. Eagerness to learn new system applications, data structures and flows
4. Been an individual performer as well as ability to work in team
5. Experience in stitching data flows across applications/platforms
6. Ability to complete tasks in a time-bound manner
7. Ready to adapt and perform in energetic situations requiring out of box thinking and adaptation to changing business needs

IT Skills
1. Proficiency in MS Office applications like MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint is a must.

Communication Skills
1. Good command over English language both verbal and written.

Education
1. Graduate in Commerce/Engineering (MCA/ BCA) with basic knowledge of SQL
2. Inter CA preferable.
