Knowledge of all capital market products

Preparation of data sheets in compliance with the SEBI Regulations

Continuous interaction with SEBI and Stock Exchanges for approvals

Preparation of various monitory reports

Valuation and preparation of financial data for the companies

Co- coordinating with legal advisors, registrars, members, auditors, printers and other intermediaries involved.
