We’re looking for someone ready to step into Engineering Management — a people-focused leader with strong engineering understanding, delivery ownership, and the ability to support engineering teams in an AI-enabled environment

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support an engineering team in delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, and help engineers grow.
- Improve team ways of working, ownership, and collaboration.
- Work closely with Product/POs and stakeholders on priorities and delivery.
- Identify delivery, team, or process risks and drive resolution.
- Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and team development.
- Guide the team on effective and responsible AI usage.
- Promote good practices around quality, observability, incidents, and automation.

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience as a Senior/Lead Engineer, Team Lead, or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, guiding, or coordinating engineers.
- Good understanding of software development and modern engineering practices.
- Experience working in rapid-paced Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong ownership, prioritization,



and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of AI-assisted engineering workflows.
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and people-focused.
