Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute validation testing of Battery Management Systems (BMS), battery packs, PCBs, and related electronic products.
- Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product requirements.
- Perform functional, performance, reliability, and environmental testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Identify, analyze, document, and report defects while working closely with Hardware and Firmware teams to resolve issues.
- Operate test equipment, collect test data, and prepare detailed validation reports.
- Maintain validation records, test documentation, and ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering processes.
- Support continuous product improvement by providing validation feedback and technical recommendations.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Hardware Validation, Product Testing, Embedded Systems Validation, Electronics Testing, or a related domain.
- Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS),



EV, Battery, Power Electronics, or Embedded Systems will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of electronics, embedded systems, and hardware validation.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and fault analysis.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, CAN analyzers, and data loggers.
- Basic understanding of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and lithium-ion battery technology.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
