What Will You Do?

As a Delivery Leader, you will own end-to-end product and service delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes within agreed budgets, timelines, and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery across internal teams, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.
- Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Drive delivery governance, project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Qualified Services, Business, and Sales teams.
- Resolve critical delivery issues and drive continuous process improvement.




- Identify opportunities for account growth, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

What Are We Looking For?

- 10+ years of experience in Delivery, Program, or Project Management.
- Strong expertise in enterprise client delivery and stakeholder management.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-team deliveries.
- Strong capabilities in risk management, governance, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
