Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise store staff and manage day-to-day operations of the dark store.
- Monitor driver performance and support improvements in operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize inventory shrinkage.
- Ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely dispatch/delivery of goods and materials.
- Maintain operational records, prepare reports, and complete necessary documentation.
- Ensure basic store maintenance and compliance with health and safety standards.




- Conduct daily inspections of the dark store to ensure proper hygiene, safety, and overall store conditions.
- Coordinate and maintain the fleet and dark store assets.
- Track daily operational performance and ensure assigned KPIs and targets are achieved.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 6 months or more in field sourcing, telecalling, operations, or a related role.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
- Good geographical knowledge of the city is an added advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a dark store/operations setting.

Salary 24,000 onwards per month (as applicable based on experience and interview).
