1. Strategize, implement program initiatives aligned with organizational objectives

2. Determine priorities of tasks and actions and schedules measures accordingly.

3. Monitor team members participation to evaluate if the training theyve received is being put to good use, and if any extra training is required.

4. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and continuous improvement

5. Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
