Job Summary : We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Assistant Professors to join our growing Computer Science department at our Pune campus, with a focus on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience in core computer science and problem-solving. If you are passionate about teaching, excited about mentoring young minds, and eager to contribute to high-quality academic work, we would love to meet you.

You will play a key role in building strong foundations and industry-ready talent.

Roles & Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

Teach and engage students in Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving, and related core CS subjects.

Design, update, and deliver rigorous, industry-aligned DSA curriculum.

Conduct lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions focused on coding, problem-solving, and algorithmic thinking.

Guide students through hands-on assignments, coding challenges,



and real-world projects.

Provide consistent academic support through mentoring, tutoring, and doubt-solving sessions.

Academic Ownership & Innovation

Take ownership of student learning outcomes and academic quality in DSA courses.

Contribute to curriculum development, assessment design, and academic process improvements.

Engage in research, innovation projects, or pedagogical improvements related to core CS education.

Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance learning workplace.

Collaboration & Administration

Collaborate with faculty, academic teams, and industry partners to enhance learning experiences.

Participate actively in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional initiatives.

Support admissions, academic advising, evaluations, and other departmental responsibilities.

Build strong relationships with students and colleagues to strengthen academic culture.

Qualifications & Experience

Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of teaching and/or relevant industry experience in DSA or core CS roles.

Strong command of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving methodologies.

Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and student development.

Familiarity with industry tools, coding platforms, and modern pedagogical approaches.
