Recommend improvement of quality of products and processes by e.g. proposing better/simpler alternatives.. Supporting and advising the development of products and modifications..
Advising on solutions to issues and problems that arise in recent products and processes. CTC = 3-6 LPA fixed + Incentives + Company ESOPs. Requirements:. Tech from mechanical background. 4-10 years of working experience in NPD.. Ability to translate a technical idea into a practical approach. Extended knowledge of 3D, CAD design.. Extended knowledge of measurement equipment and methods. Supportive attitude.
