About the team: Merchant integration team assist Paytm s merchant with payment products integration. This team helps them to understand the payment solutions and assist the merchants with its implementation.

About the role: For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals,

monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internal stakeholders payment solution/services.

Expectations/ Requirements The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm s Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.

The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, and

Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.

The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them,



handle escalations, and cordinate with different teams to get things done.

The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of the data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and his team The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily work via different workflow tools The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA, ASP.Net , Python, etc) and platform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps,Plugins)





Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms

Individuals with experience in platform integrations / Implementation / Solutions team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory

Analytics and presentation skills

Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
