Role Summary The Assistant Manager will oversee the development and optimization of pump products, ensuring efficiency and meeting customer requirements. This role involves managing product testing, coordinating with teams, and ensuring alignment with production plans while maintaining high-quality standards in the pump industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development : Oversee product development activities, including recent product ideation, category extensions, and product optimization.

2. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless scaling and manufacturing of pumps.

3. Utilize manpower effectively to meet production requirements in alignment with the production plan.

4. Technical Development: Lead technical development to scale up products for commercialization, including formula creation, label copy, specifications,



and quality criteria. Conduct market research, including competitive and price analysis, to support business cases for product opportunities.

5. Collaboration & Communication: Define and communicate product design criteria to external resources (vendors, co-manufacturers) and drive timely project execution. Act as a bridge between customer feedback, requirements, and R&D;, developing unique value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

6. Market & Customer Insights: Analyze customer needs and competitor strategies to inform product development and positioning.

Qualifications

1. Education: BE/AMIE/M.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline
