Brief Role : Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounting We are recruiting for the position of Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance and Accounting

Roles and Responsibilities

Billing Process Owner

Coordinate with Account Managers to collect the billable counts to client

Prepare billing estimate and get same approved from respective account manager

Coordinate with client to get Delivery Order (DO) against the billing estimate

Raise final invoice to client with prior approval from account manager

Keep track that all the invoice shall get raised on the month end

Accounts and Taxation

Ensure timely payment of all taxes and filling of regulatory returns

Timely reconciliation of Service tax and CENVAT

Timely reconciliation of TDS with books of accounts

Overview of accounting function





Accounts finalisation

ROC

Timely collation of information for all ROC filings (e.g MGT, Annual Return)

Co- ordinately with company CS to ensure all deliverable go on time

MIS

Prepare monthly MIS

Prepare details on adhoc request from senior management
