- Obtain monthly production planning schedule from PPC and plan the process.
- Review raw material availability in the stores.

- Proper mould change planning
- Continually improve the production process
- Maintain records production processes.
- Prepare action plan for rejection PPM and OEE improvement on monthly basis.
- Supervise all the machine operators and keep them updated of the mould loadings.
- Communicate on time the emergency loadings/trial plans to others.
- Responsible for keeping harmony in the dept: and maintain relations with inter dept.
- Responsible for training of recent process/ products which are on production.




- Establish targets for set up rejection.
- Team member of production planning and control.
- Ensure process conformity.
- Developing Safety and 5S Culture in the operation.

Qualifications
- Diploma/BE (CIPET/Plastic Processing/Mechanical)
- Relevant experience of 8-12 years

Additional Skill Requirements
- Effective management, technical and supervisory skills.
- Competent in using software including Windows, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and the Internet.
- Resourceful, energetic, competent, multi-task and results-oriented.
