Key Responsibilities:

Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects (small-scale to large-scale) in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner

Conduct in office investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant documents)

Carry out technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints that meet technical specifications

Assess potential risks, materials,



and costs associated with projects

Provide advice and resolve emerging problems creatively

Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring effective collaboration with management teams

Ensure successful project handover and implement completed structures and services for use

Monitor project progress, compile reports, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

Manage the project budget and procure necessary equipment/materials

Comply with all relevant guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety requirements, and deliver all necessary technical documentation
