Identify recent revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management. Brand Management, New Business Development, Sponsorship sales,Media Sales, partnerships

Job Responsibilities:-

- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management.
- To understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind.
- To prepare a weekly action plan along with the team.
- Tracking Pipeline, Call reports, Lead tracker report and updating it in the CRM
- Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets




- Responsible for Relationship building key account management with the existing clients to get more business .
- Doing market research Preparing database Scheduling meeting with the respective people

Qualifications:-

- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or Communications (minimum).
- 4+ years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in events, media, or festival management.
- Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Experience in key account management and relationship building with clients.
- Exposure to CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management.
