- Assist in preparation of details/schedules for Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing, Income Tax Returns, and other statutory forms based on detailed analysis of the applicability of clauses, sections, etc, and information through effective coordination with various functions
- Assist in statutory and internal audits
- Timely compliance with all tax-related fillings (India as well as offshore) and actively participate/assist in Tax assessments and preparation of responses to any notices
- Ensure proper accounting for all Direct Tax and TDS-related matters
- Assist in coordinating with overseas consultants to understand and finalize tax returns as per the jurisdictions laws and analyze international tax implications of various overseas transactions
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and work on special projects on a needy basis
