Brief Role : Assistant Manager - Quantity Survey (MEP - Electrical)

JOB TITLE: Assistant manager - Cost Consulting (Electrical)

REPORTS TO : AGM - Cost Consulting (MEP)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepares the bill of quantities and costs related to Electrical works.
- Monitors the actual quantity installed / constructed and compares the same to the contract and tender quantities and cost.
- Prepares bar bending schedules.




- Coordinates with planning regarding all related planning quantities.
- Provides quantities for invoicing and contractual claims if required.
- Prepares cost estimates of variation orders related to mechanical works.
- Estimates quantities and cost of works related to Electrical works for tender documents. Salary:INR 5, 00, 000 - 6, 50, 000 P.A. Best in the industry
