- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools.
- Strong understanding of databases and performance optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, monitoring, logging, and production support practices.
- Good understanding of secure coding practices, data privacy, access control, and compliance-oriented development practices.
- Ensure proper technical documentation, architecture diagrams, API documentation, and knowledge-sharing practices across the team.

- Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for technical support when required.
- Contribute to hiring by participating in technical interviews.
- Take ownership of delivery and client satisfaction for service-based projects.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as deemed fit by the organization, including training junior resources and supporting cross-functional teams.
