Asst. Manager for handling Quality Function for Haed Quarter function actvities for all Commercial Vehicle Business and provide support to Plant Quality team to achieve Customer Satisafaction and ultimately achievethe Organisational Quality Targets

Roles and Responsibilities

- Customer meeting/Customer audit/ customer complaint action plan submission.
- WH QA related activity ( Control plan/ Inspection standards document preparation/ review ).
- Internal Process audit check sheet preparation/ audit as per check sheet
- Pre Audit as per customer check sheet
- Horizontal deployment of actions ( Japan/ YIPL plants )in other plants
- Quality performance data monitoring & review with plant QA
- Improvement plan preparation/ follow up/ compliance
- Full time involvement from initial stage to till SOP.1. Customer meeting/Customer audit/ customer complaint action plan submission
