Brief Role :

Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine- tuning the selling and the marketing strategies. Business plan development and analysis

Preparation of financial models and marketing materials like Information Memorandums, Teasers etc.

Through understanding of financial accounting, including the inter- relationship between the key financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement)

Ensuring the contract with customer are adhered as per the terms agreed

Supporting, Representing and negotiating with customer on contractual terms and conditions

Tracking operational performance and building best practices to ensure profitability





Drive excellence to improve profitability and resource utilization

Supporting Re- negotiation of prices in event of change in terms and condition or cases where business dynamics are different than that assumed at the time of commercial agreement.
