We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager – Solar Project Sales to drive project sales and business development across southern India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Solar Project Sales for C&I; Open Access Turnkey Projects, Rooftop EPC and Industrial BTM Projects.
- Develop new customers and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to techno-commercial closure and order booking.
- Build strong relationships with industrial & commercial customers, CXOs, promoters, consultants and channel partners.
- Identify and develop opportunities for Solar + BESS / BESS solutions.
- Drive regional sales targets, project pipeline and business growth.

Desired Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in Solar Project Sales / C&I; Business Development.
- Proven experience in Open Access, Rooftop EPC and BTM Solar Projects.
- BESS sales experience preferred.
- Strong customer network across south India, particularly Coimbatore
- - Solid commercial, negotiation and project-sales skills.
