We are seeking an experienced Assistant Business Manager to drive business performance and franchise viability in the education sector across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening franchise partner relationships, improving enrolments and revenue, and ensuring operational compliance and a consistent experience for parents and students. This role requires a strong background in franchise management, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management, with a focus on sustainable growth and partner success.

Key Responsibilities: 1.

Drive Business Revenue Generation: Develop a thorough understanding of the franchise network distribution, monitor franchise performance, and guide corrective actions to achieve revenue targets. Support under-performing franchises and resolve operational challenges effectively. 2.

Drive Enrolment Growth and Conversion: Achieve enrolment targets through structured reviews and action planning.

Partners in communicating value propositions and improving lead conversion effectiveness. 3.

Billing, Collections, and Commercial Discipline: Ensure timely billing and collections, monitor outstanding collections, and drive closure of critical gaps with Franchise Partners. 4.

and Operational Excellence: Support new Franchise Partners during the operationalization phase, ensure adherence to SOPs, and drive safety preparedness through audits and training. 5.

Enable Local Marketing and Brand Visibility: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to enhance local visibility and generate enrolment inquiries, while encouraging digital marketing initiatives at franchise centers. 6.

Ensure Sales

Administration and Stakeholder Management: Maintain accurate reports and performance dashboards, act as the key interface between Franchise Partners and internal teams, and track action items from franchise reviews. 7.

Partner with the Zonal Business Manager: Support the execution of the zonal business strategy, conduct periodic business reviews, and share market intelligence to inform business decisions.
