Oversee daily service activities across the assigned area. Ensure preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown services are executed on time
Monitor machine uptime and reduce repeat failures
Identify skill gaps and arrange technical training
Monitor productivity and discipline of field staff
Act as the first escalation point for key customers
Conduct regular customer visits to understand site issues
