Role Description The Area Sales Manager role in Siliguri is a full-time, in office position responsible for developing and managing sales within the assigned territory. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, meeting existing and potential customers, and promoting the company’s product range to achieve sales targets.

The Area Sales

Manager will regularly visit dealers, distributors, and end users, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management. Daily activities involve planning sales routes, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms,



and ensuring timely order collection and payment follow-up. The individual will also prepare sales reports, coordinate with internal teams for delivery and service support, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in territory management, client relationship building, and business development in sales-focused roles.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and report insights to guide regional sales strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
