Required Qualifications andSkills:

Proven track record of leading multiple branches/teams

Strong knowledge of local markets, builder tie-ups,and channel partner ecosystem.

Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation abilities .

High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias foraction in a high-performance workplace.

Ability tomanage P&L;, portfolio quality, and risk at the area level

Strong analyticalskills to track performance and drive profitability.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIStools)

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
