Functional Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruitment, training, and guidance of Officers/Sr.



Officers/AM Sales across the area to achieve budgets and incentives.

2. Deliver quality liability accounts to strengthen the retail book.

3. Ensure team productivity, cross-sell assets and third-party products, monitor market trends and policy changes, assist vertical head in product design, and implement regulatory requirements.

4. Drive area-level sales campaigns, customer engagement activities, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
