- . Focus on prescribed guidelines and process check at all stages of unsecured business transaction and raise potential alarm where required
- Identify and execute sales growth opportunity at regional level, drive channel expansion and recent account acquisitions
- Achieve sales target by building strong relationships in the channel network
- Increase sales volumes for Business Loan lending, manage DSA database and tap them tactfully to ensure healthy sales pipeline
- Drive faster TAT through effective loan sanctioning by building strong relationship with internal stakeholders
- Adopt recommended improvements in process to enhance operational productivity and suggest improvements as well
