2. Liaisoning Experience with: MCGM, MHADA, SRA for Sanctioning of Projects, issue of IOA/IOD/CC/Further CC/OC permission, Plans Approval, Release of TDR

3. Experience in compliance report, data sheet, and post monitoring report for MOEF

4. Experience of Preparing feasibility report of new development/ redevelopment project under various scheme of DCR.

5. Site handling experience of Residential Projects.
