- Strong experience implementing PIM / PAM across complex enterprise environments,including IT / ITES,banking,telecommunications,and manufacturing
- Troubleshooting daily issues and providing resolutions as defined by SLAs
- Providing L1 Support for ARCOS PAM (Privilege Access Management) Solution, which provides the Application Level security to Manage, Track and Monitor the Privilege Identities (Accounts).
- Solid experience implementing PIM/PAM across complex enterprise environments, including IT/ITES, banking, telecommunications, and manufacturing. The role entails end-to-end solution delivery, application support, technical presentations, analysis, and optimization of the clients information security environment.
- Managing domestic and international clients.
- Troubleshooting issues related to PIM/PAM patch upgrades and product version upgrades.
- Communicate with Client and discuss the scope of improvements
