Position: Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive

Location: Makraba, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–5 Years Preferred

Job Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing. - Follow up on outstanding payments and unpaid invoices. - Handle payment posting, cash application, and account reconciliation. - Monitor AR aging reports and resolve payment discrepancies. - Coordinate with clients and insurance companies regarding pending payments, where applicable. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR reports. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills: Knowledge of AR, billing, and collections

Valuable communication and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

US healthcare AR or medical billing experience is an advantage.
