Role Overview The Clinical Specialist serves as a primary clinical expert, supporting product selling, utilization, and workflow integration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and medical affairs) to ensure seamless onboarding, clinical adoption,



and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver expert product sales and demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and ongoing clinical education to doctors, psychologists

- Guide healthcare facilities through seamless integration of imperfectly mental health into daily clinical workflows.

- Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals, addressing technical and clinical queries promptly.

- Partner with other departments and support client acquisition/retention.

- Ensure all demonstrations and clinical guidance adhere to relevant medical regulations and guidelines.
