Responsibilities

- Assist clients with due diligence, background checks and reputational risk assessment services by gathering information on specific targets (individuals/entities) to highlight red-flags and help the client identify issues of concern and manage their risk, especially integrity, reputation and background risks.

- Are inclined towards desktop research by using multiple proprietary databases and general secondary sources.

- Knowledge of various red flags while entering into third party relations.

- Knowledge of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)



guidelines.

- Willing to learn and go the extra mile to achieve client delight.

- Excellent communication skill (English).

- Proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce

- Master of Commerce

- Master of Business Administration

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

- Post Graduate Diploma in Management

- Bachelor of Arts in English Literature

- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

- Research and report writing (0-2 years)
