Receipt of required data for the preparation of Book-Keeping and periodic primary statements, namely - PL account, Balance sheet, Cash-flows notes as appropriate.

Analysis of bank transactions and processing them on accounting platform/excel.

Analysis and processing of invoices, expenses, and other transactions.

Explicit understanding of accrued prepaid expenses, FAR Revaluations.

Understanding of cash, capital Dividend movements

Ability to reconcile AP AR (Inter-company transactions)

Exposure to Trial balance finalization.

Preparation reporting of periodic management accounts in multiple GAAPs,

mainly in IFRS, US GAAP.

Exposure to payroll accounting, posting journal entries VAT/GST calculations/returns.

Ability to understand and resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and

Director.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification- CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in

Accounting/Finance





Experience of 0-5 years in Accounting (IFRS/US GAAP is preferred)

Willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work long hours weekend working (If necessary).

Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel Word is mandatory).

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good knowledge in capital market, derivatives, Private equity fund, Hedge funds etc.
