About the Role We are seeking a garment operations skilled with strong technical and operational expertise in apparel manufacturing, from fabric cutting to finished garments. The role involves supporting consulting projects, conducting factory assessments, implementing best practices in Lean Production and Industrial Engineering (IE), and driving operational excellence. The consultant will work closely with client factories to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality standards, while ensuring sustainable improvements across operations.

This position requires extensive travel to garment factory locations across India. Key Responsibilities:

- Support consulting assignments in garment factories, covering end-to-end operations.
- Conduct detailed assessments of production processes cutting,



stitching, finishing, packing.
- Analyze workflows, manpower deployment, and machinery utilization to identify efficiency gaps.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, IE techniques, and Operational Excellence frameworks.
- Monitor and report KPIs such as productivity, line efficiency, cost, and quality performance.
- Collaborate with factory management teams to introduce process improvements and train staff.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation of project findings and recommendations.
- Travel extensively to client factory sites across PAN India for project execution.
- Work with senior consultants to design and deliver customized client solutions. Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: NIFT graduate / B.Tech in Textile / Apparel / Garment Technology (mandatory).
- Experience: 2 12 years in garment/apparel manufacturing or consulting, with exposure to reputed organizations.

- Strong understanding of garment production processes from cutting to finished goods.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, 5S, Kaizen, and Operational Excellence practices.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Report Writing.
