Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Analog Design Engineer at Green Semiconductors Pvt Ltd. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to analog circuit design and simulation to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with proven silicon tape-out experience at 180nm or 130nm.
- Robust expertise in chopper-stabilized, low-noise instrumentation amplifiers for biopotential and low-amplitude sensor signals, with ultra-low-power design experience.
- Hands-on proficiency in Siemens EDA S-Edit and AFS/Analog FastSPICE; familiarity with Calibre PERC sign-off for ESD/latch-up verification and analog/digital integration flows.
- Experience in coin-cell-powered designs is essential; medical-device sensing, multi-variant analog architecture, and UVM-based mixed-signal verification experience are preferred.
