- Proficiency in using Learning Management System for content creation, deployment, assessment, surveys and MIS management

- Responsible for overseeing the implementation, assessment and facilitation of training programs across Shoppers Stop stores including Services Office.




- Identify Training Requirements from the stakeholders and being able to customize training programs to meet those needs.

- Identify training gaps by constantly assessing the complexity of business setting
- Manage training calendar for the month/quarter and update changes as per required
- Ensure training coverage across all stores

- Overall Training Coordination
- Ensure effective communication and coordination of training programs
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Coordinate for both internal and external training programs

- Ensure regular interface with business Analysis and Reporting
- Develop metrics for measuring and increasing learning effectiveness

Training evaluations

- Floor audits to measure the training efficacy for all trainings done

- Maintain a comprehensive MIS of training delivered, highlighting emerging trends and raising issues
- Ensure skill development through research and value addition
