The principal objective is to win new business. The candidate will be responsible for selling payroll and accounting outsourcing solutions to Indian clients with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the following:

Understanding the prospect/client requirements and then customizing the services as per their needs.

Reaching out to recent customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of services.

He/she will be responsible for generating leads for prospective clients.

He/she will be responsible for getting appointments carrying out sales meetings with SMEs.

He/she will be responsible for conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.





He/she will be responsible for maintaining various sales within defined timelines.

He/she will be responsible for doing any other activities as may be deemed of by the Management.

Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients.

Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification.

He/she will be responsible for solving the challenges of prospective clients with various HR services,Candidate Profile

Have strong presentation and persuasive skills

Preference would be given to candidates who have experience in selling outsourcing solutions in the accounting and/ Payroll

Outsourcing/HRMS/Solution sales/corporate sales

Extensive client network and database of HR managers in organizations.

Well versed with Pune/Mumbai and Delhi market
