Role summary The AI Video Producer & Editor turns approved scripts into finished, publish-ready short videos for Gamecheck’s markets. The role is hands-on: AI production and editing are the core of the job, while concepts, scripts and final approval stay with the Creative Strategist.

Key responsibilities

Production

- Generate scenes, characters and voices from approved scripts using AI video, image and audio tools
- Keep recurring formats consistent, including the fake exposé series (character, tone and visual identity)

Editing

- Edit vertical short-form videos with strong pacing, subtitles, music and effects
- Export in the right formats for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, paid ads)
- Deliver several videos per week and turn around revisions on the same day

Versioning

- Adapt each video for multiple markets: language, voice-over, subtitles and on-screen text
- Coordinate multi-language production with the team

Systems

- Build a reusable library of prompts, templates and project files so production time drops over time
- Track AI video tasks in Jira and keep status up to date

Essential requirements

- A portfolio of published work made with current AI video, image and voice tools,



not just tool familiarity
- Strong editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar) and a feel for vertical short-form pacing
- Speed: able to take feedback and deliver revisions the same day
- Valuable working English for briefs and team communication
- Organised enough to run several videos and market versions in parallel

Desirable skills

- Experience in iGaming or another regulated industry, including awareness of advertising restrictions
- Ability to write or adapt short scripts for UGC and exposé formats
- Experience with multi-language voice-over and lip-sync tools
- Basic motion graphics and sound design

Selection process

1. Portfolio review: shortlist candidates with published AI video work
2. Test task: give a real script (e.g. one episode in the fake exposé format) and ask for a 30 to 45 second vertical video within 48 hours
3. Revision round: send feedback on the test video and assess how quickly and accurately it is revised
4. Final interview: tools, workflow and availability

- The test task shows tool skills, editing instinct and speed in a single step.
