Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI Solutions & Power Platform Specialist with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Generative AI. The candidate will be responsible for developing AI-powered business solutions, intelligent agents, and automated workflows to improve business efficiency.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Microsoft Copilot: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- AI & Generative AI: Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Generative AI implementation.
- Microsoft Technologies: SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and AI Builder.
- Integration: REST APIs, Custom Connectors, and enterprise workflow automation.
- Security & Governance: Power Platform governance, access controls, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop business applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Build and deploy AI-powered agents and domain-specific assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop automated workflows integrating Power Apps, Copilot agents, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse.




- Implement AI-driven business solutions using Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Builder.
- Integrate enterprise applications and data sources using REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
- Configure knowledge sources, agent permissions, and security controls for AI solutions.
- Implement Power Platform governance, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM).
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate AI and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
- Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI Search.
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Claude AI and GitHub Copilot.
- Python, SQL, Power BI, and RPA.
- Experience developing enterprise-scale AI solutions and reusable automation frameworks.

Candidate Expectations

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
- Practical experience developing and deploying Copilot Studio agents.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation.
- Positive communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
