Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize machine learning solutions for real-world business applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in deploying and managing ML models on cloud platforms, particularly AWS Bedrock, and should be well-versed in the latest advancements in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning based solutions for various business applications.
- Deploy, scale, and manage machine learning solutions using cloud platforms, particularly AWS Bedrock.
- Collaborate to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production environments.
- Assist in the complete SDLC, including designing, coding, testing, and deploying machine learning systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance post-deployment to ensure optimal functioning.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of machine learning workflows and automation of deployment pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and cloud tools.
- Write clean, efficient,



and well-documented code for model development and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models.
- Experience with AWS, particularly AWS Bedrock, and other machine learning services.
- Proficiency in Python for machine learning
- Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Ability to leverage genAI models / LLMs for machine learning use cases.
- Knowledge of LLM finetuning.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised learning), deep learning, and data preprocessing techniques.
- Experience working through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automating model deployment.
- Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of Software testing practices and Software test automation.
